Welcome to Ripples Yachts & Cruises. By booking a yacht with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a seamless experience.
General Terms:
– For booking a yacht, you must provide accurate and complete information like full name, email address, phone number, and payment information/link made. The Management is not personally responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided.
– Customers must be at least 18 years old to book a yacht rental.
– We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
– By making a booking, you agree to comply with our rules and safety guidelines.
Booking & Payment Policy:
– All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
– Full payment must be made before the commencement of the yacht charter.
– Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, or other accepted methods.
– Additional charges may apply for extra services or extensions beyond the agreed-upon charter duration.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
– All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
– In case of cancellations due to bad weather or operational issues, customers may reschedule their trip.
– No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling.
Safety & Conduct Guidelines:
– The safety of our passengers is our top priority. Our yachts and equipment are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they meet the highest safety standards.
– Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
– The Management reserves the right to refuse services to intoxicated or unruly guests.
– Abuse of alcohol and subsequent reckless behaviour may result in fines or termination of the charter without any refunds.
– Littering in the waters is not tolerated and is punishable by law.
– Jumping off the yacht while underway or at anchor is not permitted.
– The use of illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
– Life jackets and safety gear must be worn as instructed.
Weather Conditions & Rescheduling:
– Yacht trips are subject to weather conditions. We are not liable for any delay, cancellation, or alteration of the cruise due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or any other causes that are interpreted as force majeure events according to common experience and cannot be predicted or prevented.
– Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
– Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled charter.
Yacht Usage, Liability & Insurance:
– Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht due to negligence.
– We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
– We Are Not Liable For Injuries, Accidents, Or Medical Emergencies due to Of Negligence of The Client.
So also We Are Also Not Responsible For Any Incidents Arising From A Person’s Pre-Existing Medical Conditions, Major Illnesses, Or Unsuitable Health To Participate In The Cruise Or Related Activities.
– Customers assume all risks associated with water-based activities and agree that the company will not be held responsible for unforeseen liabilities.
What’s Included & Excluded:
– Included: Yacht rental, crew & fuel.
– Port charges & Jetty Charges.
– Not Included: Catering, water activities, or any other special requests (these must be booked separately).
Special Events & Customization:
– Yachts can be booked for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more.
– Event customization requests must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.
Changes & Modifications:
– Any modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may involve extra charges.
– We reserve the right to assign a different yacht due to operational reasons.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
– These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
– Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to Goa’s legal jurisdiction.
